”Blask Photoshop plugin is not running” appears when you press a shortcutThe Photoshop side isn’t connected. In Photoshop open Plugins → Blask Plugin and wait until the panel’s banner says Connected. If it says Disconnected, click the banner to reload the plugin. If the menu has no Blask Plugin entry, see the last row.
Plugin panel says “Disconnected. Click to reload the plugin”Make sure the tray app is running (Blask icon near the clock; start it from the Start menu if not). Then click the banner to reconnect.
”Blask is not activated” on launchActivation didn’t complete. Run the installer again and enter your license key (or choose the free trial).
”Your 7-day Blask trial has ended”The trial is over on this computer (re-installing won’t reset it). Purchase a license, then run the installer and enter the key.
”…could not verify your license and the offline grace period has ended”Blask has been offline for more than 14 days. Connect to the internet and start Blask again, one successful check renews the offline window.
Shortcuts do nothingClick on Photoshop first so it is the active window. The HUD only intercepts shortcuts when Photoshop is focused.
SmartScreen blocks the installerClick More info → Run anyway. The app isn’t code-signed yet.
Installer can’t replace the appQuit Blask from the tray (Exit) before running the installer. (When Blask installs an update itself, it closes automatically.)
Photoshop’s “Plugins” menu has no Blask PluginRe-run Blask.ccx from the install folder (C:\Program Files\Blask); let Creative Cloud finish installing the panel, then restart Photoshop.
