Privacy Policy — Blask
Version 1.0 — effective 1 July 2026
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Igor Piwowarczyk, trading as WTEM Igor Piwowarczyk, a sole proprietor, address: Na Wzgórze 19, 32-540 Trzebinia, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 6282269287, REGON: 366956700, e‑mail: contact@blask-app.com (the “Controller”).
For any matter concerning the processing of personal data, contact: contact@blask-app.com.
2. Categories of data processed
- Order and billing data — name (or company name), e‑mail address, invoicing details (including address and tax identification number, where applicable), order and payment information.
- License activation and verification data — the license key (or, for the free trial, a trial identifier) and a technical computer identifier (a one‑way hardware hash/fingerprint), the binding of the key to the device, the date and status of activation, and the IP address — both at activation and during the license verification performed each time the Software starts.
- Correspondence data — the content of messages and requests (e.g. complaints, technical support).
The Blask software does not collect the content you create in Photoshop
or the contents of your files. Communication between the application and the
Photoshop plugin takes place locally on your computer (a localhost connection)
and is not transmitted to the Controller.

- License activation data — for the validity period of the license and until any claims become time‑barred.
- Correspondence — for as long as needed to handle the matter and until claims become time‑barred.
5. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to the following categories of processors, only to the extent necessary to provide the services:
- payment provider: Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC),

6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some service providers (for example Lemon Squeezy) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. In that case the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision (e.g. the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework).
7. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy; rectify your data; erase your data (“right to be forgotten”); restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warsaw, https://uodo.gov.pl.
To exercise your rights, contact contact@blask-app.com.
8. Provision of data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the contract and to activate the license. Without the data, purchase and use of the Software are not possible.
9. Profiling and automated decisions
The Controller does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects (other than the automated verification of the validity of a license key, which does not produce such effects).
10. Cookies
The Blask application itself does not use cookies. The Store website may use cookies necessary for its operation and for completing checkout; where used, they are described in a separate cookie notice on the Store website.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Controller may update this Policy. The current version is published at https://blask-app.com/privacy-policy together with its effective date.
